Richard Jayaraj

Richard is a neuroscientist by training who is passionate about helping people and aspiring entrepreneurs. He has published 35+ research articles and conference presentations and has been recognized as top 2% scientist globally. His current focuses aside from his neuroscience career is in entrepreneurial education and along with running a health consulting business in partnership.


He aims to start a research organization by 2030 in Salem, India to help aspiring students who do not have the opportunity to test their research ideas due to financial reasons. 


He is a proud dad and supporting husband. In his free time, he loves to travel, meet new people, and exploring new opportunities.

Vaibhav Arora

Vaibhav is a chemical engineer, an athlete, a content writer, and an entrepreneur. He believes in the power of the unique story everyone has to share with the world that if given the right direction and platform has the potential to transform lives.

His willingness to do more and be more, and a desire to strive for the best, overcome average, and elevate those around was often met with frustration due to limited exposure and resources. Experiencing different pain points, both personal and of others, inspires him to help those who dare to have crazy dreams but are facing similar challenges. His vision is to help aspiring entrepreneurs to not just survive but thrive and become free in life to pursue goals which they. truly want to do.

Outside of work, you will find him working out, cycling, playing table tennis, cricket or football, reading, writing, and spending time with his cat, Milo.

Madhu Shankar

Madhu is a research scientist with 18+ years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry and academics. 

Madhu believes that everybody has the gift and talent to succeed and what matters is the grit to run the course. Providing the right guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs and building the next-gen impact players is what drives him the most.

Madhu is currently working towards a cause that is very close to his heart. His vision is to setup an organisation by 2027 with key focus on making affordable products and gadgets for the visually challenged. 

A passionate visual artist, a proud dad, a loving husband and a caring son, Madhu believes in living a life of purpose and leaving a positive impact on the next generations to come.
