An entrepreneurial journey can be difficult and is something our founders faced upon beginning their entrepreneurial journey. Along their journey, they learned that by seeking the help of a successful entrepreneurial mentor to help understand the basics, the mindsets, and the simple principles of the ins and outs of being an entrepreneur can shape their journey immensely towards success. Additionally, they faced difficulties in finding mentors that had accomplished the outcomes they aimed to fulfill in their own lives and were also willing to help the up-and-coming. If they did find such a person, it was often expensive and not affordable for most individuals who are just embarking upon this path.

Having been able to succeed in their respective journeys, GeniUs was created to help other young minds who share a similar passion for entrepreneurship and seeking guidance in that direction.

Our goal is to help aspiring and up-and-coming entrepreneurs of all ages (some exceptions apply, see below) who seek to make a positive global difference in whatever avenue of entrepreneurship that they aim to.

Our main purpose is not to teach entrepreneurs how to run businesses but to help understand what kind of mindset it takes to be a successful CEO. Our philosophy rests on the concept of starting with "why" we do something before exploring the nitty gritty details - which is one of the most important characteristics that set apart CEOs from the rest.

While we have a curriculum that we follow and is similarly equivalent of knowledge earned in an MBA Business Master Class, it will not result in a traditional degree. We believe that it does not require a degree to succeed in the field of entrepreneurship, as there are many examples in our team and in the world of successful CEOs who have accomplished it as so.

In the truest sense of entrepreneurship, we lean towards unconventional and successful methods that has been proven time and time again. While some entrepreneurial educational or incubational systems are simply application based, ours - like some others - requires you to go through a serial selection process with one of our selection team members. During this process, aside from your evaluation - you will get an understanding of how we operate and the nitty gritty details as well. This will also give you a chance to meet our team and decide if this is the best home for your entrepreneurial journey.

The best way to successfully go through the process to get access to our mentorship program is to demonstrate great character by displaying your intent to make a positive difference, eagerness to learn, an intrinsic motivation, ability to prioritize and manage time wisely, being growth oriented, and the willingness to work hard, smart, and diligently with patience. Additionally demonstrating professional values and codes such as being punctual, dressing professionally, being considerate, polite and valuation of others will be helpful in receiving recommendation with your assigned selection team member.

Our selection team is comprised of successful and growing entrepreneurs who have been on the entrepreneurial journey past our minimum incubation period prior to learning to mentor other incoming aspiring entrepreneurs.

While entrepreneurship itself has no true age restriction, for our mentorship program you must be 18 years or older to be a part of the program. However, under special circumstances, exceptional candidates may be considered from the age of 16 with parental consent.

Absolutely! Our goal is to help aspiring entrepreneurs as well as young entrepreneurs - young in the entrepreneurial journey not in biological age. We do not separate or discriminate against factors such as age, gender, race, or other demographic factors as well as prior entrepreneurial experience or lack thereof. We only look specific characteristics such as being growth oriented, willingness to learn, etc. You can find more information under "does the GeniUs mentorship cost me anything?".

The incubation system and mentorship go hand in hand as we believe that it is fruitful only if knowledge can be gained and then applied. Without application, the entrepreneurial knowledge would not be very useful and this applies to any field in the world. One will not be accessible without the other for this reason. However, once you have displayed significant growth in the system and wish to pursue other avenues as well - you will still have access to mentorship as well as our network of entrepreneurs as you will be grandfathered in.

Through our incubation system, you will have a place to practice what you learn as well as start developing your own profits in the process just like any other incubation system for entrepreneurship. Our selection team will go over the specifics with you in the late stages of the evaluating selection process.

While entrepreneurship is the main focus, you will have access to mentorship in the different aspects of your life as you seek it or need it. We operate this way because if your life is not in order, then your business will not be either as you run the business and it is your life after all! We look at entrepreneurship from a holistic and comprehensive perspective (full circle).

No, you do not need any prior experience or education in entrepreneurship as our goal is to provide everyone a fair chance. We do this through our evaluatory selection process which will prepare and educate you about entrepreneurship and the basics that you will need at the end of the selection process to receive acceptance into our program.

Additionally, through the evaluatory selection process, you will have a chance to experience what it is like to be on the other side of the metaphorical entrepreneurial door to get a better idea of what it is to truly understand the life of an entrepreneur before you move forward to the end of the process.

Yes - in sweat equity. If you're willing to work hard to make a difference, then this could be the right place for you as well. As in any incubation system, as you grow in ours, you will have the opportunity to give back in what is known as mentorship equity. Because our goal is to make a positive global impact, we believe there is a need in the world for great entrepreneurial minds making a difference. For that vision to become a reality, we select entrepreneurs only who demonstrate great character by displaying their intent to make a positive difference, eagerness to learn, an intrinsic motivation, being growth oriented, and the willingness to work hard, smart, and diligently with patience. The journey of an entrepreneur is not an easy or quick one but a rewarding experience for a life time.

If you are selected into our program, you will have the chance to give back upon your growth in the incubation system. We believe that in order to be full circle, it is vital for us to give back to the up and coming younger generation and to those who guide us as we are all working towards the common vision of positive global impact.

Because one of our principles is about paying it forward, the same way that you will receive mentorship from a successful entrepreneur - you will also be paying it forward once you have grown to a young entrepreneur in our program after the minimum incubation period.

We also abide the concept of mentorship equity where in a small portion of your success will be imparted to your mentor - thus creating a relationship where your mentor has to teach you the right things; if you and your business grow, so does your mentors thereby creating a win-win relationship.

Being a part of our program will also allow you to think like a "people farmer". What does that mean? Well, you are like a seed with potential. We see that. But if you're not in the right environment, not receiving the right nutrients and water then it will be difficult to grow to the full heights. That is our goal - to provide you the right environment to learn, practice, and grow to your full potential. And just like every tree that grows will provide its fruits to the next generation and the farmer, you will get a chance do the same with the future generations and your mentors. Of course, the seed or you will be the biggest beneficiary in this situation with the ability to help many others along the way.

Our platform is virtual and thereby allows us to be everywhere, in order to be accessible to entrepreneurs globally and currently have reach in multiple countries in different continents. We are originally based out of Dallas in the state of Texas, which is the location of our headquarters.

As we are based out of USA and are catering to entrepreneurs globally, our primary and operational language of business is English.
